This machine is a professional filling, capping and screwing machine for vials developed by our company on the basis of introducing and absorbing foreign advanced technology. This machine is mainly suitable for filling, plugging and capping of various small dosage powders, such as bear bile powder, lyophilized powder, protein powder and so on. The machine can be used for single production, or with bottle washing machine, dryer and other equipment to form a linkage production line. Automatic filling machine action flow:
1、Bottles are conveyed into the indexing carousel through the bottle feeder.
2、Manually put the outer cover into the vibration plate, and one by one discharged into the upper cover mechanism to wait for work.
3, press the start button on the equipment touch screen, the bottle is pushed into the main carousel teeth hole, the main carousel movement drives the bottle to do clockwise pointing movement, the carousel teeth just clamp the bottle, so that the bottle in the carousel does not pour the bottle, and positioning.
4、When the bottle with the main carousel movement through the filling station, the bottle probe detects a bottle, the servo motor works, the quantitative powder through the customized screw
The rod rotates and conveys into the empty bottle, if no bottle is detected, the device does not do filling
5、When the bottle moves with the main turntable and passes through the capping position, the capping mechanism moves
6、When the bottle passes through the capping machine with the movement of the main turntable, the capping mechanism moves up and down, driving the capping head to cooperate with the up and down movement, and then the cap is tightly screwed onto the mouth of the bottle to complete the capping action.
7、The bottles which have finished filling and screwed the caps are automatically exported to the main turntable through the conveyor chain to complete a series of actions such as automatic bottle loading, filling, capping, screwing, and bottle discharging.
